Join one of Ireland’s leading dealerships representing a global top 3 automotive brand. This is a high-performing showroom with strong repeat business, trusted finance partnerships and excellent earning potential. You will have the tools, support, and customer base to succeed.
The role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales process across both new and used vehicles, from lead follow-up and test drives to final handover. You'll:
Work existing leads and build your own pipeline through strong follow-up and prospecting
Deliver outstanding customer service and support long-term relationships
Drive sales performance with a clear focus on profitability and target achievement
Liaise closely with the finance team and maximise referral opportunities
Earn commission not just on cars sold, but also accessories, finance, and additional bonus incentives
Represent a globally trusted brand with full backing from finance provider
Job requirements
5+ years new and used car sales experience with a high volume brand
Proven record of consistently hitting and exceeding new and used car sales targets
Strong follow-up skills and a proactive, customer-first approach
Confident in managing digital leads and working a pipeline efficiently
Excellent communication, closing ability, and product knowledge
