Job description
We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a high-volume, multi-brand franchise dealership offering great support, strong stock levels and a guaranteed OTE for a period. This is a busy showroom where you’ll be joining a well-structured and experienced team.
The role
Sell both new and used vehicles (50:50 split)
Value trade-ins and prepare accurate appraisals
Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover
Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past customers
Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers and promotions
Promote finance and insurance products and refer where applicable
Achieve monthly unit and profit targets
Maintain accurate records and use internal systems effectively
Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience at all times
Job requirements
3+ years sales experience in a high-volume main dealer environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Target-driven with the ability to work on your own initiative
Full, clean Irish driver’s licence
Familiarity with finance processes and CRM systems
