Job description

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a high-volume, multi-brand franchise dealership offering great support, strong stock levels and a guaranteed OTE for a period. This is a busy showroom where you’ll be joining a well-structured and experienced team.

The role

  • Sell both new and used vehicles (50:50 split)

  • Value trade-ins and prepare accurate appraisals

  • Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover

  • Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past customers

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers and promotions

  • Promote finance and insurance products and refer where applicable

  • Achieve monthly unit and profit targets

  • Maintain accurate records and use internal systems effectively

  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience at all times

Job requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience in a high-volume main dealer environment

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Target-driven with the ability to work on your own initiative

  • Full, clean Irish driver’s licence

  • Familiarity with finance processes and CRM systems
