Our client, a large franchise dealership group, is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team, ensuring top-quality customer support and service. This role is essential to managing customer service needs and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.


The Role:

  • Welcome and assist customers, understand their service needs, and provide guidance on necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate service appointments, manage loan vehicles, and provide clear estimates for service costs
  • Oversee inspections and communicate findings to customers, ensuring transparency in recommended repairs
  • Order necessary parts for efficient job completion and manage inventory
  • Keep customers updated on service progress, notify them of any changes, and address concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate records for all services, including customer information, vehicle details, and service history
  • Recognise and promote additional service packages and maintenance options when appropriate

Job requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a Service Advisor with a large franchise dealership workshop
  • Excellent upselliong and communication skills
  • Experience with Keyloop desirable
  • Full clean driver's license
