Job description
We are hiring an experienced Service Manager for a successful premium franchise dealership in South Dublin. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operation and performance of the Service Department, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
The role
Plan and manage service operations to align with manufacturer and company standards
Monitor Technician productivity to maximise workshop efficiency
Manage scheduling of work to ensure optimal use of workshop capacity
Ensure that job documentation is completed accurately and on time
Provide leadership, coaching and support across the entire Service team
Oversee accurate recording of labour times, parts usage and service invoicing
Maintain training standards across the team to meet future skill requirements
Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty processes
Track and analyse workshop performance daily, both overall and by individual Technician
Lead, mentor and develop the Service Advisor and Bookings team
Play an active role in recruiting and building a high-performing front-line team
Job requirements
3+ years proven experience as a Service Manager in a busy franchise dealership
Strong understanding of workshop KPIs and operational performance
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Premium brand experience advantageous
Experience with Keyloop an advantage
Full, clean driver’s licence
