The role
Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Lead and mentor a team of Service Advisors and Technicians, fostering a strong team culture.
Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Implement and refine service processes to enhance department performance
Monitor KPIs and take proactive action where needed.
Job requirements
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Workshop Controller
Experience in a franchise dealership environment
Strong understanding of modern workshop KPIs and performance metrics
Qualified Technician background preferred
Excellent people management skills
Strong customer service focus with a commitment to quality
