Technician - Automotive Distributor

We are hiring a Technician to join the technical team of a leading automotive distributor based in Dublin. 

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet by conducting PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspections), performing maintenance tasks and carrying out minor mechanical work and electrical troubleshooting.

The Role:

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition
• Perform fault diagnosis and the repair of vehicles
• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including minor mechanical work
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Quality assurance for newly arrived vehicle inventory
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

• Hold a Motor Mechanics qualification (QQI Level 6)
• 2+ years experience working in a franchise dealership workshop
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Possess a full, clean drivers' licence
