Job description

We’re hiring a Toyota Technician for a busy authorised dealership in the West of Ireland. This role involves a strong mix of general service, maintenance, hybrid system work and diagnostics across the Toyota range.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete general servicing, maintenance and repair work

  • Carry out hybrid system diagnostics and repairs

  • Support with diesel repairs

  • Perform fault finding and diagnostics, including:

    • Oscilloscope use

    • Wiring and electrical checks

    • Software updates and calibrations

  • Work alongside dedicated Diagnostic Technician

  • Maintain high workmanship standards and accurate job documentation

  • Follow Toyota processes, safety standards and quality guidelines

Job requirements

  • Trade qualification essential

  • 3+ years experience in an official Toyota dealership

  • Toyota Pro certification

  • Hybrid experience a distinct advantage

  • Capable of both servicing and diagnosis

  • Good verbal and written English

  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow manufacturer processes
