Job description
We are hiring a Transaction Manager for a high volume franchise dealership. This is a key role responsible for selling F&I products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing the administrative flow of the sales process from start to finish.
The role
Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products compliantly, working closely with the sales team to maximise finance uptake and product attachment
Manage finance applications, liaise with lenders, and ensure all deals are processed accurately and in line with regulatory standards
Oversee the full vehicle sales process from documentation to handover, including ownership transfers and administration of Director sales
Maintain performance tracking across key metrics (finance penetration, deal profitability, turnaround time)
Manage compliance requirements including SEAI grant applications, EV charger forms, and internal reporting
Assist with uploading and pricing new stock and compiling credit reports, voucher forms, and service package documentation
Act as the main point of contact for finance providers and support internal teams with process training and guidance
Job requirements
2+ years as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager in a franchise dealership
APA (Loans) or QFA qualification
Excellent knowledge of car finance and insurance products
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Organised, compliance-focused, and results-driven
What’s on offer
Basic salary: DOE
OTE: €70,000 - €80,000
Commission structure: Multiple earning streams including:
% of finance commission
Commission per vehicle sold
Additional earnings on insurance and value-added products
