Transaction Manager

We are hiring a Transaction Manager for a high volume franchise dealership. This is a key role responsible for selling F&I products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing the administrative flow of the sales process from start to finish.

The role

• Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products compliantly, working closely with the sales team to maximise finance uptake and product attachment

• Manage finance applications, liaise with lenders, and ensure all deals are processed accurately and in line with regulatory standards

• Oversee the full vehicle sales process from documentation to handover, including ownership transfers and administration of Director sales

• Maintain performance tracking across key metrics (finance penetration, deal profitability, turnaround time)

• Manage compliance requirements including SEAI grant applications, EV charger forms, and internal reporting

• Assist with uploading and pricing new stock and compiling credit reports, voucher forms, and service package documentation

• Act as the main point of contact for finance providers and support internal teams with process training and guidance

• 2+ years as a Transaction Manager or Business Manager in a franchise dealership

• APA (Loans) or QFA qualification

• Excellent knowledge of car finance and insurance products

• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Organised, compliance-focused, and results-driven

What’s on offer

• Basic salary: DOE

• OTE: €70,000 - €80,000

• Commission structure: Multiple earning streams including:

  • % of finance commission

  • Commission per vehicle sold

  • Additional earnings on insurance and value-added products

• Company car

• Monday - Friday working
