Volkswagen High Voltage Technician (HVT)

A leading Volkswagen franchise dealership is looking for a Certified High Voltage Technician (HVT). The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing high-voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance of electric and hybrid vehicles. This position offers the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced automotive technologies in the industry.

The Role:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests to identify issues within high-voltage systems, batteries, and electric drivetrains.
• Execute routine maintenance and complex repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines when working on high-voltage systems.
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work, ensuring transparency and consistency.
• Update software and firmware on electric vehicles as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining complex technical issues and repair processes.

• Proven experience as a High Voltage Technician within the VW Group
• Relevant VW Group certifications in electric vehicle technology and high-voltage systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle systems
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Full clean driver's license

What's on offer:

• Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (depending on experience)
