Group Warranty Advisor

We are seeking a Group Warranty Advisor to join the team at a thriving franchise dealership group in Dublin. As a Warranty Advisor, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, and processing warranty claims efficiently.

The Role:

• Manage and process all warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with Accounts to reconcile warranty payments and credits, and handle any rejected claims efficiently
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty-related enquiries, providing clear and helpful communication to customers
• Enter booking information and customer details into the dealership management system (DMS) daily
• Welcome customers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle service or repairs, ensuring timely completion and clear explanations of work performed
• Address any customer complaints or feedback swiftly, working to resolve issues and improve service
• Coordinate closely with all dealership teams, including service advisors, parts, sales and management, to ensure a seamless workflow
• Ensure all job cards and necessary documents are prepared and organised weekly
• Assist in collecting and utilising customer feedback to enhance overall service quality

• 2+ years experience in a Warranty role with a franchise dealership
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with warranty processes and DMS
• Full valid driving license
